I’m evaluating several daycares for my son and the one that I really like told me that they don’t archive the video footage that they take from their surveillance cameras. I think that it’s great that they provide a way for me to check in on my son when I’m at work, but I’m worried that if something were to happen I wouldn’t be able get a ‘copy’ of the incident.

Are daycares required by law to keep archive footage from their cameras?

on such touchscreen dvd stereo receivers as the jensen and dual models, would the A/V in be enough to have the zune display its menus, now playing album art, and videos as if it were on an actual tv? I know many stereos have ipod plugs that allow for menu interface but i need this for zune.

Police are appealing for information on the man in these images in connection with about 40 burglaries in Lincolnshire villages. And they are offering a £1000 reward for information leading to a conviction. The CCTV images are of the man Lincolnshire Police believes is responsible for the series of 18 burglaries in Nettleham in recent months. It has been well publicised that most of the occupants of these houses have been on holiday while the crimes took place and that on most occasions cash and jewellery were stolen. Officers have carried out overt patrols and reassurance visits in Nettleham, and extensive covert work elsewhere in the county, where they believe the criminal has also been operating. Thirteen offences in Saxilby and six offences in Horncastle also fit the method of the thief and officers are linking them to the Nettleham series. Details of these crimes have not been released as an extensive covert surveillance operation in Saxilby and intelligence gathering work on the streets Horncastle have been taking place. This covert work and an exhaustive trawl of council and private CCTV systems, has led to these images, which officers are confident are of the wanted offender.
