I’m buying a PT-AE900U Projector for use with my current playstation 2 and for the wii and PS3 in the future. I also have logitech 5.1 speakers. Besides the project what else do i need? I’ll also buy a screen but do I need a receiver?
I’m in a school that runs a morning television show. I’m not sure how it is best to set up our TVs to minimize loss.

Currently, we have our video source, which starts off as RGB. That runs through the Blonder Tongue and is sent via coax about 100 feet upstairs to a control booth. There (the picture looks fine at that point btw) the signal (channel 3 modulation) is combined with cable TV with a splitter. On one input of the splitter is our channel 3 programming, and on the other is the CA TV with a high pass filter (so channel 3 can come in… ((that’s our theory)) ). That combined signal is put into the 50 dB amplifier. The output is put into a 3 way splitter. Two of those go out to what we consider to be high-priority classrooms, and the third goes to a lower priority (less used) congregation area.
